No matter your job title, we are all designing something: products, processes, tools, events, and more. We all have the power to use our voices to leave a positive mark.
In this talk, I combined my love for design with my frustration over social injustice through the lens of gender inequity. I shared deeply personal stories alongside real-world product examples to hopefully inspire change.
