In this post, I want to share with you my all-time favourite tools. You will be able to save a lot of time if you start using one or more of these beauties. You will be able to organise your creative business much better, streamline processes and be more profitable. Sounds good to you?
#spoileralert: as a good geek-designer that I am my decisions are made based on aesthetics AND usability. For every tool, I decide to use there are at least one or two ugly competitors offering the same services. :D :D :D
The number one tool and the best of all times! Asana is a great project management tool and I have been using it since the very beginning of my business. After a short period using Trello, I got very annoyed/bored by the *notsopretty* colors/interface and lack of features like a calendar or a list view. Meanwhile, they have added some power-ups, but still… Asana is just a much superior tool in my humble opinion.
With Asana I could get rid of all the paper notes that were lying around. All my thoughts are there, together with all the projects, milestones, wish lists, etc. I also use it to collaborate with other freelancers.

This one is sooooo damn convenient! Anyone working with clients on a 1:1 basis should try it out. No more emails back and forth to find out a good date. Just sync your calendar and let prospect and clients choose the best time for them.
Perfect for introverts or simply for anyone wanting to work smart and not hard :D.

With Typeform you can create beautiful forms and surveys that are enjoyable to answer and just to look at! I use it a lot to get feedback from my clients and to plan new product launches but I can think of many other ways to utilise it as well.
This tool is a great help to get insights from your audience and get better at what you are doing.

Slack is a channel-based messaging platform. Perfect to work with teams and to avoid mixing all the topics of discussion in one single group chat.
With Slack, you can work together with others effectively, because you know where to find the information you need.

Loom is a video messaging & screen recording tool that helps you get your message across through instantly shareable videos. With Loom, you can record your camera, microphone, and desktop simultaneously. AND it looks pretty :D
